The administration also provides all university sectors with furniture, equipment, and office supplies in accordance with approved disbursement procedures. Additionally, the **General Administration of Warehouses** is responsible for implementing government warehouse regulations and procedures, supervising warehouse operations in coordination with other university departments to assess annual inventory needs. It also ensures proper organization, storage, and maintenance of items based on their nature while guaranteeing the availability of safety and security measures in the warehouses. Furthermore, the administration handles warehouse-related procedures for direct procurement transactions, scientific research, and financial custody. The administration consists of a distinguished team with extensive experience, further enhanced through training programs at the Institute of Public Administration and development courses within the university.
