The student Abdulrahman Al-Jahani, the Saudi champion in archery, and a student at the College of Earth Sciences at King Abdulaziz University, won first place in the first West Asian Championship and third place in the second Arab Indoor Championship held in Iraq. This achievement adds to the Saudi national team's total of 50 medals in both championships.

In a remarkable achievement, Mahmoud Ibrahim Hariri from the Faculty of Architecture and Planning at #KingAbdulazizUniversity (#KAU) has won 1st place in the Best Environmental Architecture and Urban Design Project category in the Middle East.
