The Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at King Abdulaziz University, Rabigh Branch, is a leading institution in the fields of computer science, information systems, and information technology. The Faculty offers comprehensive undergraduate and graduate programs, aimed at preparing students for leadership in modern technological fields such as software development, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data science. The Faculty was established in Rabigh in response to the rapid developments in the information technology sector and began admitting students in the academic year 1430/1431 AH. The female section was opened in 1431/1432 AH. The Faculty also strives to contribute to the development of the community and the region through research and scientific consultations, aiming to train highly skilled specialists in this field. Since its establishment, the Faculty has achieved significant milestones, including attracting highly experienced academics and establishing a new campus with modern laboratories. The Faculty is committed to continuously updating curricula in line with international standards, providing outstanding education that enhances students' skills and prepares them to contribute effectively to the job market and society.
