The Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at King Abdulaziz University, Rabigh Branch, was established in the academic year 1429/1430 AH in response to the growing need for qualified national competencies in the field of technology. The faculty offers three undergraduate programs in Computer Science, Information Systems, and Information Technology. In the academic year 1431/1432 AH, the female section was opened to enhance the role of Saudi women in higher education. Since its establishment, the faculty has placed special emphasis on the quality of education, scientific research, and community service, while continuously updating its curricula and programs to keep pace with the latest global developments. Through its mission and institutional values, the faculty strives to prepare distinguished graduates capable of competing and actively contributing to digital transformation and national development.
