Overview
The royal approval No. (62735) dated 23/11/1441 AH, which approves the application of the university system to King Abdulaziz University, requires the university to implement significant internal strategic changes to maximize the benefits of the new opportunities and horizons offered by the system. Additionally, it calls for the development of proactive solutions to address future challenges and manage the changes that will occur in various areas of the university as a result of the system’s implementation. To carry out transformation processes of this scale, it is essential to have an executive structure in place to manage, organize, and monitor the transformation processes, ensuring that all necessary requirements are met and that the desired objectives are achieved. This will be accomplished through the establishment of a "Transformation Management Office," which will be responsible for overseeing all processes related to the transformation, ensuring that operations proceed according to the specified timeline and that the outputs meet the highest standards of quality, in line with the best local, regional, and global practices.
