The General Administration of Planning and Engineering Contracts is one of the essential departments at the university. It is responsible for ensuring the completion of contracting procedures for all university tenders and direct procurement operations for university projects accurately and within a record time. The administration is involved in preparing, reviewing, and signing engineering contracts by both parties, and it stores the contracts along with project documents in labeled files in a secure location. Additionally, the administration communicates with regulatory bodies such as Zakat and Income, Social Insurance, the Communications Center, and the General Auditing Bureau, providing all the required information to ensure that projects comply with legal and regulatory standards. The administration strives to ensure that engineering projects are executed according to the highest professional standards and technical specifications, maintaining efficiency and quality throughout all stages of the project.
