Overview
The Administration of Inventory control at King Abdulaziz University was established by the decision of the University Director, No. 12984, dated 8/8/1427H, based on Article (23) of the Government Warehouse Procedures Regulations, which mandates the creation of an Inventory Control Department. The department is organizationally linked to the Vice President of the University and aims to monitor university inventory, ensure the accuracy of inventory processes, and provide the annual requirements of items while organizing warehouse procedures in accordance with approved regulations and guidelines.
