External Research Programs – Institutional Funding Program
The Ministry of Education, represented by the Agency for Research and Innovation, supports research development in Saudi Arabia through institutional funding programs in collaboration with universities and partners in the research ecosystem.
King Abdulaziz University, represented by the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, has launched the Institutional Funding Program to support research activities in alignment with the Ministry of Education.
The program aims to enhance scientific publication quality, support basic and applied research, develop research infrastructure and laboratories, and contribute to achieving Saudi Vision 2030. It also strengthens research capabilities and supports patents and prototype development.
