Overview

The University seeks to develop an integrated ecosystem for conferences, events, exhibitions, and international partnerships by providing the necessary systems, services, and facilities. This will support the establishment of a specialized administration that enhances cultural relations and efficiently manages conferences, seminars, and workshops with high standards of quality within a secure and sustainable environment. Such an approach aims to achieve a sustainable operating model that generates economic value for the University while fostering impactful local and international partnerships.

Vision

To achieve leadership and excellence in developing strategic partnerships and cultural relations, fostering knowledge exchange, and advancing the organization of events and scientific participation in conferences, seminars, and exhibitions at both the national and international levels.

Mission

To empower the University's faculty members and academic and administrative sectors to actively participate in scientific activities that promote meaningful cultural collaboration and knowledge exchange, contributing to scientific advancement at both the national and international levels. This is achieved through the development of strategic plans and innovative initiatives, and the delivery of advanced conference and event management services utilizing modern technologies, thereby enhancing stakeholder capabilities, generating sustainable economic value, and supporting the University's strategic objectives.
