Director of the Center for Alumni and Skills Development

Biography

‏I began my administrative duties at King Abdulaziz University as the head of the Learning Outcomes Unit in the Deanship of Quality and Academic Accreditation in 2019. Following that, I served as the Director of the Center for Aligning Educational Outcomes with the Labor Market in 2021, which was recently rebranded in 2024 as the Alumni and Skills Development Center.
‏The Alumni and Skills Development Center aims to support the colleges in providing professional guidance to university graduates by monitoring and anticipating job reports issued by relevant authorities.
‏The center is also dedicated to offering career support to graduates by directing them to various employment opportunities in both the public and private sectors, ensuring a sustainable connection to the labor market and keeping them informed about the actual needs of local, regional, and international job markets.
‏Additionally, the Alumni and Skills Development Center works to provide accurate data on the employment of university graduates, sourcing this information directly from the National Labor Observatory, which serves as the sole and reliable source of labor market data in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
‏The center also shares employment statistics and data with all the university colleges and relevant sectors on a regular basis, establishing a solid foundation to assist colleges in making informed decisions about enhancing education to align with the actual needs of the labor market.
‏Finally, we are diligently striving to provide the best services to the colleges and graduates of King Abdulaziz University, and to help making them a preferred choice in the labor market.
