Biography
Director of the Human Capacity Development Center at King Abdulaziz University, with over 22 years of professional experience in management, human resource development, and social responsibility across both public and private sectors.
Throughout his career, he has held several key leadership and supervisory positions at the university, including Director of the Professional Practitioner Center, General Supervisor of the Future Leaders Preparation Center, and Director General of Social Responsibility and Community Service. He has overseen numerous strategic initiatives and development projects within the university and in collaboration with external partners.
Mr. Al-Ghamdi has played a vital role in designing and implementing various training and development programs for university staff, as well as supervising training projects with government entities such as the Makkah Region Emirate, Madinah Municipality, and the Holy Capital Municipality.
He is distinguished by his expertise in institutionalizing social responsibility systems, leading high-performing teams, and launching sustainable initiatives. His work contributes to advancing the university’s vision of community engagement and national capacity building.
