Dr. Lina bint Omar bin Sadiq

An academic and executive leader with over (24) years of experience in developing and empowering educational and administrative institutions, with a proven track record in leading institutional transformation and crafting strategic initiatives. She has held leadership positions at King Abdulaziz University, most notably as the Dean of the Women's Campus and as an Advisor to the Vice President for Business and Knowledge Creativity, focusing on strategies for occupational safety, health, emergencies, and disaster management.
Professor Lina is renowned for her innovative vision and institutional approach based on sustainability and impact. She has designed and implemented pivotal university-wide strategies, including emergency management, occupational safety and health systems, and building effective governance frameworks, alongside developing strategic and operational plans and measuring institutional performance.
She has effectively led several high-impact initiatives, including:
Utilizing Artificial Intelligence to enhance professional skills in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
The Social Responsibility Project for Higher Education Institutions, aimed at raising community awareness about people with disabilities.
The "Himam" Initiative for supportive environments within the HRH Prince Khaled Al-Faisal Award for Excellence (Governor of Makkah Region and Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques).
