Biography
Professor Dr. Rima Dakhil Allah Alharthy holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry from the University of Nottingham, UK, in 2013. She has over twenty-five years of experience in academia and research, maintaining a continuous record of publications, patents, and books in the field of pharmaceutical organic chemistry and green chemistry in ISI-classified scientific journals. Prof. Rima participated in many scientific forums, national and international conferences. She holds national and international certificates in the fields of quality and academic accreditation, risk management, and occupational safety and health. She is an academic accreditation reviewer at the National Centre for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation at the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, a European accreditation auditor from EFQM, a senior quality ambassador at the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, and an internal auditor for the ISO 9001 quality management system. She is a member of the NEBOSH Centre for Occupational Safety and Health at the university and holds a license to train trainers in the field of occupational safety and health from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Since 2016, Prof. Rima has held several leadership positions at the university, and is a leader and member of several committees, projects, and development programs and interested in empowerment and transformational leadership
