About

The Faculty of Economics and Administration at King Abdulaziz University was established in 1387 AH / 1967 AD and has since undergone significant development to become one of the leading faculties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The college began with a preparatory year, followed by the gradual establishment of its academic departments. The Departments of Business Administration and Economics were the first to be launched, followed by other specialized departments. Today, the Faculty stands as a center of academic excellence and innovation, aiming to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary in the dynamic fields of management, economics, and business administration. This is achieved through a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The faculty members are highly qualified and professional, contributing to a rich educational environment that integrates theoretical foundations with practical applications. This environment plays a key role in preparing graduates to contribute effectively to the global economy and the management of public affairs. The Faculty is also committed to advancing scientific research, promoting leadership, and upholding ethical practices in both the public and private sectors, thereby contributing to societal development and sustainable progress.

Strategic plan

This updated version of the strategic plan for the Faculty of Economics and Administration at King Abdulaziz University (for the period from 2025 to 2030) comes as a culmination of the tireless efforts made by dedicated academics and administrators over the past five years. We now present to you our updated plan that will, God willing, achieve the faculty's mission and strategic goals aimed at achieving educational quality for our academic programs, developing the personality of our male and female students and preparing them for the job market, building partnerships with community organizations from both public and private sectors, as well as excellence in scientific research. The Faculty of Economics and Administration extends its thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to the preparation and updating of this plan and to everyone who will contribute to its implementation. We ask God to crown everyone's efforts with success and prosperity.
