The Department of Pediatrics is an integral part of the Clinical Sciences branch at the Faculty of Medicine in Rabigh. The department specializes in providing healthcare for children from birth to adolescence, including the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and health conditions that may affect children. The department is committed to providing the best possible training for undergraduate students, aiming to equip them with the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and experiences necessary to diagnose and treat common acute and chronic pediatric diseases. Additionally, the department is dedicated to conducting scientific research that serves the community and is of public health importance. The department aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge of pediatrics, including understanding the diseases that affect children and how to diagnose and treat them. The department also seeks to develop students' skills in managing pediatric health conditions and equipping them with the necessary tools to provide comprehensive healthcare.
