Biography
Dr. Abdulmohsen Mohammed Abdullah Alkhulayfi serves as the Chair of the Department of Business Administration and Chair of the Department Council and is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Business. He leads four high-impact, academic, and specialized programs accredited by the AACSB International Accreditation Body, including the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Executive MBA, Academic MBA, and PhD in Business Administration. This accreditation is held by less than 5% of business schools worldwide, reflecting a strong commitment to academic quality and excellence. His research interests focus on strategic leadership in business education, entrepreneurship, emerging technologies, and the wellbeing of students and staff, including job satisfaction, productivity enhancement, and burnout prevention. He has published research in peer-reviewed journals that contributes to advancing knowledge and best practices in both educational and managerial contexts. Through his leadership, he works to align educational programs with labor market needs and prepare national talents capable of achieving Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, fostering a knowledge-based and innovation-driven economy.
