The Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) program is one of the core academic programs offered by the Department of Public Administration. It aims to prepare academically and professionally qualified graduates to work in public administration fields within the public and nonprofit sectors. The program focuses on providing students with foundational knowledge and contemporary theories in public administration, developing their administrative and analytical skills, and enhancing their competencies in planning, decision-making, resource management, and teamwork, in line with labor market requirements and national development needs. The program also places special emphasis on the application of modern technologies and digital transformation in administrative work. The program adopts an integrated educational approach that combines theoretical foundations with practical application, promotes critical thinking and scientific research, and links academic content to societal issues and real-world practice. The program has received conditional accreditation from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (NCAAA) and is aligned with the Program Learning Outcomes Guide for Public Administration programs issued by the Commission. In addition, the program is consistent with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, contributing to the preparation of graduates capable of serving society and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of public institutions.
