The Department of Physics at King Abdulaziz University, established in 1973, is recognized as one of the pioneering scientific departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Since its inception, the department has been committed to delivering high-quality education that integrates both theoretical and applied aspects of physics, preparing students to meet the challenges of modern science and technology while contributing to national development. The department offers a comprehensive range of academic programs, including undergraduate degrees in General Physics and Medical Physics, as well as graduate programs leading to the Master’s and Doctoral degrees.
