Alumni Affairs
The Alumni Unit strives to maintain continuous communication with the college’s graduates, support them in their professional journey, and celebrate their achievements. Among its key responsibilities is monitoring the employment status of graduates following the completion of their internship year, and ensuring that the college’s learning outcomes are achieved through the dissemination of surveys to graduates and employers.It also serves to connect the graduate with the stakeholdres and investigate the stakeholders needs to order to imporve the cirriculums and facilitate the gradutes emplyments. To fulfil its objectives, the Unit develops an annual action plan that includes research activities, lectures, and seminars, based on the results of the annual report . Unit Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous communication with the University Alumni Center.
- Exchange data with the Alumni Center regarding the employment rates of the college graduates (after 6 months and after 1 year of internship completion).
- Notify the Alumni Center of the completion date of internship students and their readiness to enter the job market.
- Organize field trips for graduates and expected graduates in collaboration with the Alumni Center.
- Request training courses from the Alumni Center to enhance graduates’ readiness for the labor market.
- Develop communication frameworks with the college alumni.
- Follow up with graduates, investigate reasons for unemployment, and provide proposed solutions.
- Prepare studies/research on labor market needs and suggest ways to improve the learning outcomes of the college's programs to align with market demands.
- Prepare quarterly reports.
- Set developmental goals for the unit.
- Perform any tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or the head of the department.
