MARINE ENGINEERING
The Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering program aims to prepare qualified marine engineers with the scientific knowledge and practical skills required to design, operate, and maintain marine propulsion systems and shipboard machinery. The program has been developed in accordance with the University's academic regulations, the standards of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), and the requirements of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW), ensuring compliance with internationally recognized standards for maritime education and training. The curriculum integrates theoretical instruction with practical training, including shipyard training and onboard shipboard training, to prepare graduates who are capable of meeting the demands of the maritime transport sector and the global maritime industry.
