The Alumni Affairs Unit is dedicated to building a strong alumni network and ensuring continuous engagement to strengthen the institute’s reputation both locally and globally. Key Responsibilities and Services:

Simplify and enhance the implementation stages of the procedure “Conducting alumni satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on the program and identify areas for improvement” in accordance with the quality management system and ISO standards.

Establishing effective communication channels between student employers and the Alumni Unit to strengthen alignment between program outcomes and labor market needs.

Designing and developing comprehensive surveys for multiple purposes to support continuous evaluation and program improvement.

Inviting graduates to participate in workshops or programs related to the English language, thereby promoting continuous communication and supporting graduates’ professional development.
