The Faculty of Engineering in Rabigh, King Abdulaziz University, plays a leading role in preparing distinguished engineering professionals by empowering students to effectively chart their career paths and develop their practical skills to meet the demands of the job market.
Individual Career Counselling:Specialized introductory sessions provided by academic advisors from the scientific departments and career experts to assist students in choosing appropriate specializations, exploring career opportunities, and building clear and sustainable career plans.
Workshops and Training Programs: Organizing high-quality workshops and programs aimed at developing essential skills, such as preparing a professional resume, interview skills, building professional portfolios, and enhancing communication and teamwork skills.
Job Readiness Programs: Implementing advanced qualification programs that include cooperative training, summer internships, and support for innovative initiatives and entrepreneurship, contributing to raising the efficiency and practical readiness of graduates. Also, offering specialized courses for students to help them pass the readiness test upon graduation.
Professional Forums and Events: The college organizes job fairs, career days, and specialized engineering events as interactive platforms that connect students and graduates with representatives from the industrial and engineering sectors.
