Department of Educational Leadership and Policies

This academic department began its activities in 1425 AH (1425 AH) with the launch of the Higher Diploma in Educational Administration program, which continued for three years. In 1438 AH (1438 AH), the department began offering the Master's Program in Educational Administration (with courses and a research project). The department completed the development of this program in its second version during the academic year 1437 AH (1438 AH). At the beginning of this academic year (1441/1442 AH), admission and registration opportunities became available for the Master's Program in Educational Leadership (with courses and a thesis). The department's committees are currently working on developing a Professional Master's Program in Leadership and Educational Development (with courses and a research project) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Leadership and Policy, in line with current trends in graduate studies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and actual needs. Mission

To provide educational programs, specialized research and technical services and consultations in accordance with international quality standards. This will equip educational personnel with the necessary competencies to lead educational institutions, enable them to conduct scientific research, and utilize this research to achieve administrative and organizational reform and development in educational institutions.
