Executive Master in Human Resource Management

The Executive Master’s in Human Resource Management (EHRM) at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, King Abdulaziz University, is a professional program delivered on weekends and spans four semesters (and can be completed within two years). It focuses on equipping HR practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to excel in HRM through modern coursework that integrates the Saudi context with the latest global best practices. The program comprises 33 credit hours distributed across taught courses and a research project, supporting practical application and leadership capability development. The program has also achieved CIPD professional accreditation as the first program in Saudi Arabia to obtain this accreditation, and it is also accredited by AACSP. In addition, the program is classified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
