The name of your academic advisor appears in the ODUS system. If no advisor has been assigned, please visit the Vice Dean’s Office.

Elective courses are offered within the college. A list is provided at the end of the study plan. Students must complete 9 credit hours.

Is the Cooperative Training course available during the summer semester?
No, it is not available in the summer semester. It is only offered in the first and second semesters.

How can I register for courses?
Course registration is completed through the ODUS system and the electronic transactions system, according to the dates announced by the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
What should I do if a course section is full?
You must contact your department to obtain approval and submit it to the Educational Affairs Unit.
How can I withdraw from a course after the registration period has ended?

How can I apply for a semester withdrawal?

I have medical excuses and would like to submit them to my instructor. What should I do?
You must submit your medical excuse to the Educational Affairs Unit, which will forward it officially to the concerned department and the course instructor.
When can I declare my major, and what are the requirements?
Once the required credit hours are completed, students are allocated to majors based on their GPA and the number of applicants each semester.
How can I transfer from one department to another within the college?
A minimum GPA is required for the target major. Some majors also require an English language score of at least 80. Students must not have exceeded 64 credit hours at the time of transfer.

When is the add/drop period for graduate students?
It takes place before the beginning of the semester, according to the academic calendar of the Deanship of Graduate Studies.
What if I want to add or drop a course after registration has ended?
You may request add/drop through the college within the first two weeks of the semester, using the official form approved by your department.
How can I view the study plan of my program?
You may request details from your department or view them on the Deanship of Graduate Studies website.
When can I register my thesis?
After completing 50% of the program courses.
What is the duration of the Master’s program?
Two academic years.
When can I defer admission?
Deferral is only allowed for newly admitted students before the beginning of the first semester, with a valid excuse submitted through the Graduate Studies electronic system.
When can I defer a semester?
You must complete at least one semester of study and have an acceptable excuse.

You must submit a request for “Degree Award” through the university’s electronic services portal.

What is the nature of the admission aptitude test?
