Department of Information Systems

The Department of Information Systems at the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, King Abdulaziz University, Rabigh Campus, was established at the beginning of the 1429/1430 AH academic year, aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to analyze, design, and develop information systems used in various fields. It offers advanced educational programs that meet the needs of the local and international job markets, focusing on developing technical and managerial skills that enable graduates to work in areas such as data analysis, information systems management, IT strategies, and information security. The department grants a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and follows an advanced academic curriculum that enhances students' critical and analytical thinking abilities. It encourages them to develop innovative solutions to business problems using information systems.
