Huawei ICT Competition 2026 –2027

The Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at King Abdulaziz University is pleased to invite university students to participate in the Huawei ICT Competition 2026–2027, a global technology competition organized by Huawei for university and college students.

The competition aims to develop students’ technical and practical skills in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), foster innovation and problem-solving capabilities, and provide participants with an opportunity to demonstrate their skills and compete at the national, regional, and global levels.

 

Competition Objectives

• Develop students’ technical and practical skills in ICT.
• Enhance their ability to apply academic knowledge in practical and real-world technology scenarios.
• Encourage innovation, creative thinking, and technical problem-solving.
• Provide students with a competitive experience that progresses from the national level to regional and global stages.
• Strengthen students’ career readiness and exposure to emerging technologies and ICT solutions.

 

Competition Tracks

Students can participate in several technical tracks, including:

• Cloud Track
• Computing Track
• Network Track

Participants can select the track that best matches their interests and technical skills and benefit from the learning resources available through the Huawei Learning Space to prepare for the competition.

 

Competition Stages

The competition progresses through several stages, beginning with the Preliminary Stage, followed by the National Stage. Successful participants may then advance to the Regional Stage and ultimately to the Global Stage in China.
