Submitting an online admission application for bachelor's and diploma programs

•  Log in to the Azza Admission Portal

Select the type of program For example: Regular Bachelor’s – Diploma – Paid Programs)

• Create a new account / Log in

( Enter your ID/Iqama number- Set a password- Fill in your email and mobile number)

•  Read and agree to the terms and conditions

(You must acknowledge that you have read the admission terms and conditions)

•  Fill out the electronic admission application form

( Personal information- Educational qualification like High school certificate or its equivalent- Preferences -select majors in order of priority)

•  Attach the required documents In PDF or image format, usually including:

( A copy of the high school certificate- National ID or Iqama- Personal photo- Any additional supporting documents depending on the program type)

• Review and confirm the data

(Make sure the information is accurate before submitting, as some fields cannot be edited after submission)

• Submit the application

(The application will be submitted electronically, and you will receive an application number to track its status later)

• Track the application status
