The Master’s Program in Medical Laboratory Technology is dedicated to preparing competent specialists in medical laboratory sciences who play a pivotal role in healthcare through accurate laboratory testing and scientific practice. The program focuses on building a solid scientific foundation and practical skills that enable graduates to support physicians in diagnosing diseases, monitoring patient conditions, and evaluating treatment effectiveness, while keeping pace with the evolving needs of the healthcare sector and the laboratory workforce.

Learning Outcomes

Discuss advanced knowledge and its latest applications specific to laboratory sciences.
Select the appropriate analytical design, statistical models, and techniques in the field of medical laboratory sciences.
Evaluate the necessary scientific literature from different resources for knowledge and research.
Conduct a designed and approved project based on a gap of knowledge contributing to biomedical sciences.
Optimize specialized laboratory procedures or skills for the collection and interpretation of data.
Communicate scientific and technical information, observations, and opinions effectively.
Defend novel ideas, findings and conclusions using ample evidence, statistics, and appropriate logical reasoning.
Abide by ethical guidelines, proper code-of-conduct, and integrity when handling subjects or information in a medical or research setting.
Apply self- and peer-evaluation, self-direction, time, and project management in the development of assigned tasks.
