The Master of Hajj and Umrah Services Management Program has been established in response to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s pioneering role in serving the Guests of Allah and in alignment with the Kingdom’s national directions to enhance the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem and improve the quality and efficiency of its services. The program prepares highly qualified professionals with the knowledge, leadership competencies, and research skills required to address the rapid developments in this vital sector, thereby enhancing the quality of services provided to pilgrims and contributing to the achievement of the Kingdom’s national development goals. The program also supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly those of the Pilgrim Experience Program, by preparing specialized leaders capable of advancing the management of Hajj and Umrah services, improving the quality of services delivered to pilgrims, and strengthening institutional performance across organizations involved in the Hajj and Umrah sector. Furthermore, the program emphasizes human capital development by qualifying professionals from the public, private, and non-profit sectors, as well as organizations operating within the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem. It equips them with the leadership, managerial, and research competencies needed to address current challenges and anticipate future opportunities. In addition, the program places strong emphasis on scientific research and applied studies that contribute to the continuous development of the Hajj and Umrah sector and provide innovative solutions to operational and managerial challenges. Through these efforts, the program reinforces the University's role in serving the community, supports sustainable development, and contributes to strengthening the Kingdom’s global leadership in delivering outstanding Hajj and Umrah services.
