The aim is for the scientific endowment, with its fixed and variable assets, its approved Shariah regulations, and its successful investments, to become a cornerstone in the development and support of research projects, funding scientific and applied studies, and special programs that serve the community, address its economic, scientific, social, and health issues, and contribute to its development
