The Center of Strategic Planning develops and manages the University’s strategic plans, implementing effective governance ensuring initiatives alignment with national priorities. It oversees performance measurement, supports decision-making through foresight studies, and promotes a culture of strategic planning and builds the institutional capabilities of the University staff. The Center also aims to strengthen strategic partnerships and consultancy services locally and internationally thereby supporting institutional integration and reinforcing the University’s competitive leadership.
