Established in 1405 AH, the center operates under the administrative supervision of the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. Its mission is to prepare and publish the university's intellectual output in accordance with international publishing standards, including editing, documentation, and printing, ensuring that publications reach beneficiaries through various distribution channels. The center oversees the publication of reference books, research papers, textbooks, and proceedings of conferences and seminars. It also publishes the "King Abdulaziz University Journal," which includes ten specialized scientific editions covering diverse fields. Additionally, the center manages a modern, fully equipped printing press to meet the university's needs for publications and official forms. The center also issues an annual legal encyclopedia titled "Saudi Regulations," which compiles the regulations, laws, decrees, and decisions issued by the state throughout the year.
