To achieve excellence and provide better service to our faculty members, and in our desire to support communication with everyone, we provide the contact numbers for the Distance Teaching Support Unit at the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education. All instructors in the distance learning system can contact the unit according to the following procedure:
Note:Emails sent by faculty members must include the following details
Employee ID
Course name and code
Section code or reference number
Clarification of whether the course is for correspondence, distance learning, or regular attendance
If the issue is related to lecture recording, please include the date and time of the lecture
Providing this information will help resolve the difficulties faced by faculty members quickly and efficiently
