Department of Hospitality and Hotel Management

The Department of Hospitality and Tourism at King Abdulaziz University was established in 1431 AH and is one of the specialized academic departments aimed at providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and operate hotel and tourism establishments. The department focuses on teaching students how to deliver high-quality hospitality services and efficiently manage hotel operations. The curriculum includes areas such as hotel management, event planning, food and beverage management, and hotel marketing. The department also places special emphasis on developing students' skills to meet visitors' needs and enhance the tourism and hospitality sector in the Kingdom. The department aims to prepare specialized and qualified professionals for the hospitality and tourism sector by equipping students with both academic knowledge and practical skills, preparing them for leadership roles in the field.
