A wide variety of opportunities is available on completion of the program: Graduates are employed in almost every sector of the economy, from industry, research organizations, and utilities through to small specialist consultancies and non-scientific occupations. The program provides the graduate opportunities to apply their subject and generic skills for a range of general employment positions including: - Working in industrial research laboratories including oil and water companies, and independent chemical or environmental companies. - Working in government research laboratories including defense, waste disposal, environmental protection agencies and fish and aqua culture. - Also wide range of jobs within education, the civil service and the armed forces.
