Department of Early Childhood

The Department of Early Childhood was established in 1401-1402 AH (1980-1981 AD) as one of the academic departments at the Faculty of Human Sciences and Designs (formerly Home Economics) at King Abdulaziz University. It serves as a pioneering platform aimed at meeting the needs of Saudi society by preparing specialists in early childhood education equipped with comprehensive academic qualifications. The department is recognized as one of the leading departments in early childhood studies among Saudi universities.
