Announcement of the Competitive Admission Examination – Master of Science in Orthodontics

The Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the Faculty of Dentistry hereby announces the schedule for the competitive admission examinations for the Master's programs for the second semester of the 1448–1449 AH academic year.

Scientific References for Examination Preparation

Applicants to the Master of Science in Orthodontics program are advised to prepare for both the theoretical and practical components of the competitive admission examination using the following references:

1. Fields, H. W., Larson, B. E., Sarver, D. M., & Proffit, W. R. (2026). Contemporary orthodontics (7th ed.). Elsevier.
2. Littlewood, S. J., & Mitchell, L. (2019). An introduction to orthodontics (5th ed.). Oxford University Press.

All applicants are required to report to the examination venue by 8:00 a.m. sharp to allow sufficient time for check-in and any necessary pre-examination procedures.

Applicants are strongly advised to plan their journey in advance and arrive on time. Late arrival may affect admission to the examination.
