Career Guidance
The Facutly of Communication and Media at King Abdulaziz University adopts an integrated approach to career guidance that aims to help students discover their interests and abilities and make informed decisions about their academic and professional paths. This approach is based on building a shared foundation of knowledge and skills during the early years of study before moving into specialized tracks.
During the first two years students study foundational courses within the Communication and Media Freshman Program which focuses on essential media skills and general communication knowledge, allowing students to explore different areas within the discipline and identify their interests before selecting a specialization.
This academic pathway is complemented by student activities and training initiatives offered by the Facutly, providing students with practical opportunities to explore various fields and supporting informed professional decision making.
