The goal of this advanced unique thesis program is to prepare the next generation of lecturers of anatomy, Anatomy MSc holder, scholars, and inter disciplinarians focused on the anatomical sciences or anatomically intensive disciplines (i.e. radiology, surgery, medical imaging) as well as collaborative research with cell biologists and neurobiologists within the department.
To be a leading and distinguished PHD program in General Anatomy at the national and international levels, contributing to the preparation of highly competent graduates in anatomical sciences who support medical education, scientific research, and community service in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standards.
To strengthen education in the anatomical sciences, advance scientific research across the diverse disciplines of anatomy, and attract graduates from medical schools throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
