It integrates rigorous Sharia grounding with contemporary statutory knowledge, equipping students with skills in legal research, analysis, and judicial application across civil, commercial, criminal, administrative, labor, and enforcement matters. Awarding the Master's degree (Level 7), it comprises 34 credit hours and is delivered at the main campus in Jeddah for the male section.
Leadership and excellence in preparing specialists in judicial studies, and contributing to the service of the judiciary and the advancement of justice through a sound scholarly perspective that keeps pace with statutory developments and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
To prepare specialized cadres in judicial studies who combine rigorous Sharia grounding with statutory knowledge, possess skills in legal research, analysis, and judicial application, and contribute to serving the judiciary, reinforcing the values of justice, and meeting the needs of justice-sector and societal stakeholders.
