20260412890The Master of Science in Endodontics Program at the Faculty of Dentistry, King Abdulaziz University, is a three-year postgraduate program that provides advanced clinical training and research experience in the field of endodontics. The program integrates basic biomedical sciences with comprehensive clinical endodontic practice to prepare highly competent specialists capable of managing simple to complex endodontic cases using evidence-based approaches and modern technologies. Graduates of the program develop strong diagnostic, clinical, research, and professional skills that enable them to provide high-quality patient care, contribute to scientific research, and engage in lifelong learning. Upon successful completion of the program, students are awarded a Master of Science degree in Endodontics and are qualified to practice as specialist endodontists.

General principles of microbiology and ecology will be emphasized as they related to the microflora of the mouth. The course also includes advanced study of the fundamental principles relating to the etiology, and pathogenesis of oral diseases as well as the applied aspects including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
