Student activities at King Abdulaziz University are a vital part of the university experience, as they contribute to the development of students' personal and social skills while enhancing their leadership abilities. Under the supervision of the Deanship of Student Affairs, the university organizes a wide range of events and activities to help students discover their interests, develop their talents, and promote values of cooperation and teamwork. The General Committee for Islamic Awareness - The General Committee for Cultural and Artistic Activities - The General Committee for Social Activities - The General Committee for Sports Activities. These committees are headed by a faculty member, with the participation of committee leaders from faculty members and students who are members of the committees in the colleges.

Each college of the university includes a number of committees, including: the Islamic Awareness Committee, the Cultural and Artistic Committee, the Social Committee, and the Sports Committee. The college committees are headed by the college vice-dean, and each committee is headed by a faculty member, in addition to a specialized supervisor and five students, one of whom is the secretary of the committee. These committees propose student activity programs annually and they are approved by the college councils and then the university council.
