Objectives

• Develop and enhance the University’s strategic plan in line with national priorities and best practices.
• Establish effective governance for monitoring the strategic plan implementation and measuring performance.
• Ensure integration and alignment across the plans and initiatives of the university’s sectors.
• Provide strategic and foresight studies and analyses to support the university decision- making and future planning.
• Promote a culture of strategic planning and build the staff’s institutional capabilities in strategic planning.
• Expand partnerships and consultancy services in strategic planning to strengthen the University’s role and exchange expertise with relevant entities.
