4 Steps for Submitting a Thesis via the Platform
- Access the platform through Staff Login.
- If this is your first time logging in to the scientific platform and DeepKnowledge databases, a registration screen will appear. Please fill in your details. - Once logged in, you will find a "Submit Thesis" button at the top left of the screen.
- By clicking "Submit Thesis", the submission form will open.
- Fill in all required fields (all fields are mandatory — screens 1 to 5).
- Attach the committee approval letter for the thesis (mandatory).
- Attach a copy of the thesis in PDF and DOCX or LaTeX format not exceeding 100 MB.
- After completing the upload process, you will receive a confirmation message.
