20260412890King Fahd Medical Research Center (KFMRC) is the ideal environment where researchers and exceptional talent collaborate to pioneer innovative medical research that promotes human health and quality of life. Established in 1980 by royal decree, our researchers have continuously served the community ever since, focusing on national health priorities and making transformative discoveries in areas such as blood disorders and cancer, infectious and immunological therapies, cardiovascular diseases, and stem cells and regenerative medicine. KFMRC brings together over 160 multidisciplinary researchers and thousands of trainees, combining diverse experience and expertise to address some of the world's most pressing and complex health challenges, while focusing on community health and aligning with the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and global sustainable development. The spirit of collaboration is integral to our strategy. Operating as a globally competitive research powerhouse under the umbrella of King Abdulaziz University, the Center builds robust strategic alliances with leading global centers, industrial partners, and national institutions like the Saudi National Institute of Health (SNIH) and many others. Through our close collaboration with hospitals, universities, and the industrial sector, alongside the continuous support of our community, partners, and nation, we are defining new horizons for medical innovation on this transformative journey toward a healthier future.

KFMRC offers academic and practical training across its scientific and administrative units, as well as its central laboratories.
