Fully funded educational scholarships offered to students residing outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who do not hold a residency permit at the time of application.
Target Group
Admission of non-Saudi residents holding a legal residency in the Kingdom, in accordance with the admission mechanism and regulations for scholarship students in higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia, and their sponsorship as per Council of Ministers Resolution No. (94) dated 29/03/1431 AH.
Scholarship Category
These are seats allocated to non-Saudi students (male or female) residing outside the Kingdom to study at higher education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Monthly stipend.
- Arrival allowance for scholarship students.
- Healthcare services for the student.
- Accommodation subject to availability, along with appropriate academic, social, cultural, and training support.
- Access to the central library.
- Subsidized meals.
- Thesis printing allowance for master’s and doctoral students.
- Graduation allowance for shipping books.
- Annual round-trip airfare to the student’s home country.
General Admission Requirements
- The applicant must not exceed 35 years for PhD programs and 30 years for Master’s programs.
- The applicant must hold a qualification recognized in their home country, with a minimum grade of Very Good if graded.
- Good conduct and medical fitness.
- Submission of two academic recommendations from previous instructors.
- The applicant must not have been dismissed from any educational institution in the Kingdom.
Obtaining one of the following English language test scores:
