Full scholarships offered to students residing outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who do not hold a residence permit during the application period.
Target Group
Non-Saudis residing in the Kingdom with a valid residence permit, based on the mechanism and regulations for accepting scholarship students for non-Saudis in higher education institutions in the Kingdom, as per the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (94) dated 29/03/1431H.

Targeted Benefits
Seats are allocated for students (male or female) residing outside the Kingdom who are non-Saudis to study at higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia.

- Access to the central library.
- Discounted meals.
- Printing allowance for Master's and PhD theses.
- Graduation allowance for shipping books.
- Annual travel tickets to the home country.
General Admission Requirements
- The student should not be older than 35 years for PhD applicants and 30 years for Master's applicants.
- The applicant must hold a recognized qualification from their home country, with a minimum grade of Very Good if graded.
- Good conduct and medically fit.
- Provide two academic recommendations from professors who previously taught the applicant.
- Not dismissed from any educational institution in the Kingdom.
