My Research Portal" is a project aimed at providing a comprehensive automated process for all available research programs through the Deanship of Scientific Research at King Abdulaziz University. This project offers researchers the opportunity to apply for various research programs and track the evaluation status of their research projects, as well as the ability to complete any unfinished drafts. Additionally, this system allows Deanship staff to evaluate research projects at different evaluation stages, including the automated process for obtaining plagiarism rates. The system has been developed to include a flexible workflow that enables system administrators to review the workflow and event logs related to the research projects to ensure accurate evaluation and maximize the benefits of these projects in serving the community. Furthermore, the portal enables researchers to apply for financial support for submitted research, enhancing the opportunities for funding innovative research and contributing to the development of society.
