Monthly Student Allowance
The monthly student allowance is a monthly financial aid approved by the state for Saudi university students attending regularly and for students on cultural exchange scholarships, amounting to (800) riyals for literary and administrative specializations, (1000) riyals for scientific specializations, and (900) riyals for postgraduate students. (10) riyals are deducted monthly as a student contribution to the student fund.
Allowance Suspension Cases
- When the cumulative GPA for bachelor's and diploma students falls below (2.00) out of (5.00).
- When the cumulative GPA for postgraduate students falls below 3.75.
- If the student exceeds the regular period prescribed for the specialization at the college.
- Student's apology for the semester, and it is not compensated.
- Student's deferral of the semester, and it is compensated by an additional semester.

Disbursement of excellence rewards
This is an annual allowance paid to regular undergraduate students who excel, as an appreciation for their excellence and an incentive for them. The following conditions must be met to receive this allowance:
- The student must achieve a semester GPA of (4.5) out of (5.00) in two consecutive semesters.
- The student must be regularly enrolled in studies.
- If the student exceeds the regular period prescribed for the specialization at the college.
- The student must not exceed the prescribed regular period for their program.

Book and reference allowance
This is a one-month allowance, paid annually to postgraduate students during the original period of their scholarship, excluding extensions, provided that the student is eligible for the monthly allowance according to regulations.

Disbursement of printing allowance for a message
This service is dedicated to postgraduate students, amounting to (3000) riyals for master's students and (4000) for doctoral students annually without extension during the study period. Disbursement is conditional on the student's eligibility for the monthly allowance.

Disbursement of lump sum student grants
The Deanship of Student Affairs seeks to provide academic, psychological, social, and financial stability for regularly enrolled university students through financial support for guidance and counseling programs, including the provision of student aid. This is a lump-sum financial aid disbursed to the student after their case.
