Examples of training programs and courses offered by King Abdulaziz University to enhance ethical values among its members, including students, faculty members, and administrators, include the following:

On Sunday and Monday, June 29–30, 2025, the Scientific Endowment at King Abdulaziz University organized a training program entitled “Management by Values (MBV).”

The program addressed the concept of management by values, the types of organizational and personal values, and administrative leadership behavior, in addition to mechanisms for achieving alignment between organizational and personal values. It also discussed the role of management by values in fostering administrative excellence, as well as the framework of administrative values in the era of digital transformation. (For More)

On February 18, 2025, the Faculty of Arts and Humanities organized a training course entitled “Author Ethics in Scientific Publishing.”

The course aimed to highlight the ethics of scientific publishing and discussed several key topics, including the criteria for eligibility for authorship in scientific publications, the different types of researchers in scientific publishing, and practices that help reduce ethical implications associated with scientific publishing. Strategic Planning Pioneers Program

It aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop appropriate strategies to achieve their institutional or personal goals. It also seeks to spread awareness and strategic thinking within the university and to prepare teams that will work on developing strategic plans for the university’s sectors, as well as to build and attract a new generation to lead the university's fifth strategic plan.
